Draft Ciders

These ciders are on draft in our tasting room and are available in Growlers(64oz), Howlers(32oz), and Prowlers(16oz).

Smackintosh -  4.0% Residual Sugar     4.5% ABV

Sweet and appley--the crowd favorite here at Tandem Ciders. Guaranteed to leave you feeling chipper.
McIntosh, Northern Spy, Rhode Island Greening

Pretty Penny -   0.75% Res. Sugar     6.9% ABV

A very special cider made from the last harvest of apples grown by the Kilcherman's at Christmas Cove Farm in Northport. *available by the glass only* 
Over 30 apple varieties including Macoun, Sheep's Nose, and Grimes Golden

The Greenman -  1.5% Res. Sugar     5.0% ABV

This semi-dry cider is created from a single variety, the Rhode Island Greening, a classic American apple.
Rhode Island Greening

Scrumpy Little Woody -  Sugar content varies      8.5% ABV

Scrumpy: an old English word for rustic ciders. Barrel aged and served still, this 8.5% abv cider will have you walking funny.

Earnest  -  0.0% Res. Sugar    8.5% ABV

Dry and tannic. Using these select apples resulted in a cider that has a buttery mouth feel and a complex flavor.

Mirage  -  0.0% Res. Sugar     6.5% ABV

Hop Wagon -  0.0% Res. Sugar       7.0% ABV

Fifty pounds of "Super" Saaz hops steeped in five hundred gallons of cider all the way to dryness. Hops courtesy of the Michigan Hop Alliance.

Inspired by the carvings of the Roman Baths in the heart of English cider country -- Bath, England -- this adventurous blend of Rhode Island Greenings creates a subtly sweet cider that'll leave you anything but stone-faced.

We threw in a load of hand-picked crab apples - both wild and domestic - and pressed them during the rising of the harvest moon to create a dry, tart cider that's guaranteed to make you pucker up and smile.

Earnest -  0.0% RS     6.9% abv
United in earnest to create a crisp, original cider, we rolled up our sleeves with four local growers to explore Leelanau and Old Mission’s choicest cider-specific apples. The result is this easy sippin’, yet hard-to-the-core dry cider.

 

Bee's Dream -  4.0% RS     4.5% abv
Fermented with honey from Julius Kolarik's hard-workin' hives, this cider sips smooth and finishes with a bright hint o' honey. What do busy bees daydream about while flying their 500 mile lifetime pollen pursuit? Ponder that while you lap up the fruit of their labor.

Pommeau

Pommeau is made by mixing apple brandy and sweet cider. It is typically aged in oak barrels and is common in Northern France.

Pomona - 9% Res. Sugar     17% abv

Our brandy is distilled from a blend of our hard cider, then back-sweetened with sweet cider. This batch was aged for four years in American oak barrels. Sweet and delicious, it is great as an aperitif with cheeses or a digestif with dessert, 375ml bottle.
