Sweet Dabinett - 3.8% Residual Sugar 5.6% ABV
A single varietal cider made from Dabinett apples. Notes of apricot, ripe peach, and mango, balanced by medium tannins and slight bitterness.

Bee's Dream - 5.0% Residual Sugar 5.5% ABV
Local wildflower honey from Julius Kolarik was added before and after fermentation to create this delicious cyser.

The Green Man - 2.0% Residual Sugar 5.0% ABV
This semi-dry cider is created to pay homage to the Rhode Island Greening, a classic American apple.

Evercrisp- 1.5% Residual Sugar 6.7% ABV
A semi-dry, single varietal cider made from Evercrisp apples, a hybrid of Honeycrisp and Fuji. Round, baked apple flavor with light sweetness and a bitter finish.

Scrumpy Little Woody - Sugar content varies 8.5% ABV
Scrumpy: an old English word for rustic ciders. Barrel aged and served still, this 8.5% abv cider will have you walking funny.

Dry, tart and tannic - everything we love about the Crabster. We steeped red crab apples from Tandem's orchard for added color and mouthfeel.

Earnest - 0.0% Res. Sugar 7.7% ABV
An English-style cider, dry and still. Cider-specific apples from growers on Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas lend tartness and a complex flavor.

Bee's Dream - 4.0% Res. Sugar 4.5% ABV
Fermented and back sweetened with honey from Julius Kolarik's hard-workin' hives, this cider sips smooth and finishes with a bright hint o' honey. Ginger Lark - 0.0% Res. Sugar 6.4% ABV
One hundred and fifty pounds of Meadowlark Farm’s exceptional organic ginger was steeped in a dry cider to create this fresh and bright delight. *Club member special*

Pommeau
Pommeau is made by mixing apple brandy and sweet cider. It is typically aged in oak barrels and is common in Northern France.
Pomona - 9% Res. Sugar 17% ABV
Our brandy is distilled from a blend of our hard cider, then back-sweetened with sweet cider. This batch was aged for four years in American oak barrels. Sweet and delicious, it is great as an aperitif with cheeses or a digestif with dessert, 375ml bottle.
