B-Side – 0.0% RS / 6.9% ABV

Smooth and mellow. 100% Gala.

Clear Conscience – 0.0% RS / 6.0% ABV

Clean and crisp. McIntosh, Ida Red.

Earnest – 0.0% RS / 7.5% ABV

Dry, tannin-forward cider with minerality and body. A blend of heirloom apple varieties from VerSnyder Orchards.

Bittersweet Cherry – 1.8% RS / 6.9% ABV

Semi-dry cider blended with tart cherries for a kick of acidity. Dabinett, Montmorency cherries.

Perry – 2.0% RS / 5.8% ABV

Floral, semi-dry perry. Light and refreshing. Flemish Beauty pears.

Smackintosh - 4.0% RS / 4.5% ABV

Sweet and appley. Perennial favorite. McIntosh, Northern Spy.

Scrumpy Lil Woody - 3.0% RS / 8.5% ABV

“Scrumpy” is an old English word for cider. Cask-pulled from an oak barrel and served still at cellar temp. Ever-changing cider blend & apple brandy.
