Pomona
Pomona, goddess of the orchard. Pommeau is made by blending apple brandy and sweet cider then aging the mixture in oak barrels. Our brandy is distilled from our hard cider. Sweet and delicious, Pomaona is 17% alcohol and is great as an aperitif with cheeses or as a digestif served with dessert. This is something special as we only made one barrel last year.
